GENERAL ENQUIRIES
Can I buy the products directly from the website

The answer is yes and no here!  The HBVS (Veterinary Supplements) range is veterinary exclusive and available from any veterinary surgery in the UK whereas the HBGG (Groom Guru) range is available to buy directly from veterinary surgeons, grooming stockists, our website and other online outlets.

Where are your products made?

With over 21 years in the business, Steven has brought together the very best products for your pet with products manufactured in the UK and America.

How do I find my local stockist?

With literally hundreds of veterinary surgeons already stocking the HBVS range, it’s best if you complete the contact page and we’ll let you know the nearest stockist to you.  The HBGG range can be purchased directly on our website.

How do I become a stockist for the range?

Great!  We love sharing the range with new suppliers.
The HBVS range is veterinary exclusive and you’ll need to have a veterinary surgeon on-site to be able to stock this range.
If you are a Grooming Salon, Hydrotherapy Centre, Rehabilitation Centre (without a vet onsite) or online supplier then you’ll be able to stock the product range.

In both instances, reach out to Steven via the Contact Page and lets start a conversation.

Do all UK veterinary surgeries stock the range?

Not all veterinary surgeries will have the range in stock, they will need to set up an account with HBVS HQ and will then be able to order the range in for you.  If your clinic are unable to do this then complete the Contact Us page and we’ll be able to recommend a supplier that has the required product in stock and arrange to get it dispatched directly to you.

Why is some of your range only available from veterinary surgeries?

We aim to manufacturer the HBVS to the highest possible standard and have decided to make it a veterinary exclusive range.  It’s important as with any product or supplement that you intend to give to your pet that the correct advice and dosage is recommended and we feel that veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses and trained practice staff are the people to do this and deliver the best care for your pet.

Do you offer a free sample pack?

Unfortunately we don’t!  We offer a 100% money back guarantee though, so if your pet doesn’t like the product then contact your veterinary surgery who will issue a refund and we will replace the product for them.

Can I use these products alongside medication?

Yes, all products within the HBVS range are natural and developed by a team of scientists and veterinarians.  The range falls within the veterinary exclusive element so you’ll only be able to get the products from trained professionals.

Can i recycle the packaging?

HBVS and HBGG is doing it’s bit for the planet.  With the experience of the industry and working with another brand we decided to be as ‘eco-friendly’ as we could.  All the plastics used are recyclable, we have used glass in the majority of our liquid offerings and removed all cardboard boxes (let’s be honest, you take the product out of the box and chuck it away anyway)!

You’ll need to clean the plasties and glass bottles ahead of recycling and of course check with your local council what they will take in their bins.

LimberFlex is a joint supplement that contains 4 key ingredients: – Turmeric, Boswellia, Glucosamine HCl and Chondroitin Sulphate are designed to support the osteoarthritic or post-surgical joint structures and can be used in combination with prescription medications.

You should see difference within 6 weeks but most people see results within 7-10 days!

Is LimberFlex easy to give?

LimberFlex Vet is an easy to administer highly palatable beef flavoured tablet that can be given as a treat.  Most dogs will willingly accept the ‘treat’ straight from it’s owner.

LimberFlex GLM is a palatable Liver Flavoured chewable tablets that can be given with food or given directly as a treat.

LimberFlex Vet Feline is a simple sprinkle capsule that can be opened and mixed into your pets feed.

What is the difference between LimberFlex Vet and LimberFLex GLM?

LimberFlex Vet contains 4 key ingredients:

Turmeric, (Curcuma longa) is a spice popular in Indian cuisine that people have used since ancient times. It’s packed with over 300 active compounds. The main one is an antioxidant called curcumin, which has powerful anti-inflammatory properties
Boswellia, proven to have anti-inflammatory properties, it can be an effective painkiller and may prevent the loss of cartilage
Glucosamine HCl, the primary basic building block for cartilage and joint fluid.  It’s
essential for the formation of glycosaminoglycan’s (GAG’s), which are the building blocks in the cartilage matrix
Chondroitin Sulphate, stimulates the production of proteoglycans and is capable of binding large amounts of water to help give cartilage flexibility and compressibility

These ingredients are designed to support the osteoarthritic or post-surgical joint structures and is targeted towards the older dog or dogs displaying stiffness or injury.

LimberFlex Vet GLM contains around half the amount of Glucosamine that LimberFlex Vet along with added Green Lipped Mussel, a natural shellfish extract containing glucosamine, chondroitin and essential fatty acids plus Hyaluronic acid which is a major macromolecule component of healthy cartilage and joint fluid.  This product is suited perfectly to the younger pet that isn’t displaying signs of stifnesss or injury but may have a congential factor to arthritis in older age.  It’s also suitable to feed working dogs to help promote joint protection.

Can I gave LimberFlex to my puppy?

Your veterinary surgeon is best to advise you on the best supplement to use however, if it’s longterm joint protection you are after then LimberFlex Vet GLM would be a more cost effective option for longterm life use.

Why do I need to give more tablets at the begining?

As with all joint supplements, it is recommended that you complete a ‘loading dose’, this is normally double the required amount for your pets weight and you would reduce this after 4-6 weeks.  This allows the supplement to achieve maximum efficacy!
